Applications are invited for the National  Training Programme in Intensive Care Medicine

Clinical Fellowship (Year One) in Intensive Care Medicine &

Post CSCST Advanced Clinical Fellowship (Year Two) 

Posts commencing July 2022 & January 2023

Post CSCST Advanced Clinical Fellowship (Year 2 ICM Training) applicants must:

 

  1.  Have achieved CSCST or be eligible for entry onto the Medical Council Specialist Register in base specialty by commencement of post
  2.  Have completed one year of intensive care medicine training and attempted the FJFICMI  examination.

Clinical Fellowship (Year One) in Intensive Care Medicine applicants:

  1.  Have completed CSCST in base specialty or be eligible for entry onto the Medical Council Specialist Register in base specialty by commencement of post

Or

  1.  Be eligible for a recognised year out of programme from base specialty (EM/RCPI/RCSI).

Note:

Applications must clearly state the level of post candidates are applying for and date of commencement (e.g. Post CSCST Fellowship commencing January 2023).

Shortlisted applicants will be asked to provide a reference letter from most recent head of department

 

 

The Intensive Care Medicine Training programme is a national training programme and some applicants will be allocated to hospitals outside of the eastern region. The full list of JFICMI training hospitals can be found  here.

There are 5 vacancies for July 2022 & 4 for January 2023.
